The reconstruction of the crime scene for the April 2021 event, where Pjerin Xhuvani was killed, begins. This move comes after the decision made a few days ago by the Court of Appeal.
The court asked the experts to reconstruct the scene of the incident, while the latter demanded the maximum commitment from the police of Elbasan to make possible the reconstruction of the crime scene.
The police of Elbasan started this evening to set up perimeter tapes and stop parking to give the experts space to work. The court has appointed three experts, one of them a ballistics and crime scene expert in the state police.
The investigative experiment comes after the demands of the accused for the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan, Arbër Paplekaj, who asked to determine the angle of the shooting not only by him but also by two other people who have not yet been identified after this event.
