SPAK filed a claim today for Laert Haxhiu, accused of the Lushnja massacre, demanding life imprisonment for him. The target in this massacre was Xjulio Skurti, grandson of Aldo Bares, opponent of Haxhiu.
Meanwhile, in the full file of SPAK, the conversations between Laert Haxhi and Orgest Bilbili, sentenced to life for the same event, are also evident, while they were talking about the murder of Gerti Lala with the nickname "Iriqi", a member of the criminal organization led by Aldo Bars.

From the investigations and judicial review, it was proven that the massacre of 11.10.2017 had the objective of killing the citizen Xjulio Shkurti.
The attempted murder of citizen Xjulio Shkurti is concluded to have been carried out for revenge, referring to the history of conflicts between the families of Xjulio Shkurti and Laert Haxhi.
This revenge has its origin early, since the gang of Aldo Bare (Alfred Shkurt) burned the house of the uncle of the defendant Laert Haxhiu, citizen Shkëlqim Haxhiu, a fact that is clearly evidenced by the final court decision no. 61 dated 26.12.2017 of the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes in Tirana.
Subsequently, in January 2005, the son of Laert Haxhiu's uncle, citizen Klodian Haxhiu, was killed. Despite the fact that this case has been suspended for non-disclosure of the author, Laerti's uncle, citizen Shkëlqim Haxhiu, has accused Aldo Bare's gang for this case.
"...Also, the victim's father, Shkëlqim Haxhiu, was questioned as a witness, who declares that there was a property conflict with the so-called criminal group of Alfred Shkurt, and in 1998, the criminal group also burned his house. He declares that a few days ago citizen Ilir Sterku threatened him for a property which is the former Myzeqeja hotel. Also Shkëlqim Haxhiu declares that the murder of his son was done by Alfred Shkurt's criminal group. In the same way, the witness Haxhi Qamili testified at the court hearing that his nephew was killed by Aldo Bare's gang. This revenge began to be realized in 2010.
The defendant Laert Haxhia has been accused together with the defendant Orgest Bilbili, for the incident dated 07.08.2010, where in the "Libohova" neighborhood of Lushnjë, the citizen Gerti Lala with the nickname "Iriqi" was killed with a firearm as a member of the criminal organization directed by Aldo Bare.
For this incident, the citizens Laert Haxhiu and Orgest Bilbili were arrested as suspects and then charged and sent for trial, as they were recognized by the victim's mother during the investigations, but were later released after being declared innocent by the decision of the Judicial District Court Vlora, due to the change of statements during the trial of the victim's mother.
From the acts obtained from this proceeding, it appears that telephone and environmental wiretapping were carried out between the defendants Laert Haxhiu and Orgest Bilbili.
From these intercepts, the two defendants talk about the incident in which they were accompanied, they express certainty that they will come out very soon, that when they come out they will take revenge on the "old woman" (the mother of the victim who knew the defendant Orgest Bilbili, who has called "Laert quick gloves"), that they need money to go out, etc.
