The Border Police Services in Port Durrës, following checks to crack down on illegalities at the border, based on information provided by police intelligence, have struck a case of an attempt to cross the border with forged documents. For this case, a Turkish citizen was arrested in the act: BB, 20 years old, resident in Turkey.
This citizen has presented documents (Turkish passport, residence permit in France and French driver's license) at the counter, at the exit of the RSh, suspected to be forged, which, after the procedural actions, were seized as material evidence. .
The procedural materials for this case were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas" and "Forgery of documents", informs the police.
