The police have arrested Engëllush Kapllanaj, who was wanted as part of the police operation coded "Chairs", as a result of which, in 2021, in the village of Kaninë, 262 kg of cannabis were seized.
In implementation of the measures defined in the national operational plan "Rule of Law", for the capture of citizens wanted for various criminal offences, the structures of the DVP Vlora have organized controls throughout the territory of the district, as a result of which 2 citizens wanted for various criminal offenses were located and captured, specifically:
- as a result of checks by the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Sector and the services of the Special Force "Shqiponja", based on the information provided by the police intelligence, the citizen EK, 24 years old, resident in Vlora, was arrested and detained. This citizen was wanted as part of the police operation coded "Chairs", as it is suspected that in cooperation with citizens FK and KK (detained earlier by the Police), he had adapted an environment, like a greenhouse, with illegal energy connections electric, where the Police found narcotic seedlings cultivated in the greenhouse and in the cube. During this operation, in 2021, in the village of Kaninë, the Police seized 262 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis' - informs the police.
