
The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) has found guilty 4 members of a group involved in the trafficking of immigrants from third countries to EU countries, for profit.
In total, the 4 members of the trafficking group were sentenced to 29 years in prison. The Special Prosecution Office had closed the investigation and sent the case for trial more than a year ago.
After hearing the parties, the GJKKO sentenced the defendants Yahia Yussef (alias Kamal Kamil), Soran Saber, Yalcin Ali Hanca and Mustafa Cosekoglu. The decision was given by the panel of judges Etleva Deda, Ardit Mustafaj and Bib Ndreca.
