An Albanian couple has been arrested by the Greek police, after it was discovered that they were trafficking heroin on the island of Rhodes and selling it to tourists.
The two Albanians, aged 22 and 38, were arrested in their bedroom, after a raid that took place in their apartment at midnight.
A bag containing a black nylon fabric with heroin with a total weight of 351 grams and another with a weight of 40.9 grams was found in the bedroom. Another package weighing 4.24 grams, 5 xanax packets, 355 euros in cash, a cell phone card and two cell phones were also found on the living room table.
The couple was arrested while the drugs and items found were seized as material evidence.
