A serious incident occurred in Përmet this evening.
At around 19:00, citizen D. Muçenji, 31 years old, was found hanged in the village of Skutaraq, Petran Administrative Unit.

Cdo njeri duhet ta kundershtoje fort kete sikur ti kete ndodhur atij. Eshte e turpshme kjo gje . keshtu vritemi nga pak te gjithe .
