The person in the photo below is Klodian Steli, who, according to the Police, is suspected of being the perpetrator of the TNT explosion that occurred at the entrance to the garage of Elvis Kosova's house, on "Peti" Street, near the Dry Lake in Tirana, on July 24 of this year.
The vehicle that 36-year-old Steli used to move the explosives at the Elvis Kosova gate on the night he placed them was his. After the incident, he rented it out and left the country himself.
"As a result of in-depth investigations, carried out by the services of Police Commissariat No. 1, with the aim of fully clarifying and documenting the incident that occurred on 24.07.2025, on "Peti" street, where a quantity of explosive material was placed at the entrance gate of the garage of citizen EK, they have identified and declared wanted the suspected perpetrator of the incident, citizen: KS, 36 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë", - the police announced.
According to Report TV, the suspected perpetrator, who placed the TNT in Vis Kosova's garage, has no direct connection to him, but was given the order by other people.
The motive for the incident is suspected to be a conflict that Elvis Kosova had with other people recently, during which a weapon was used.
39-year-old Elvis Kosova is no stranger to the authorities. In August last year, he was arrested for stealing a luxury Audi R8 car, worth around 200,000 euros, which was originally brought from Germany by a Turk, and then acquired by Elvis Kosova through fraud.
His passion is speed racing and he has often participated in various competitions, where he is known as the "Racing Guy".
