One of the persons arrested as a suspect for the involvement in the Don Bosco massacre, Roland Ahmetsula, was released by the Appeal of Tirana. Ahmetsula was released from prison under the measure of "obligation to appear".
The legal representative, Shkëlqim Mustafa submitted evidence that refuted the prosecution's claims and led to Ahmetsula's release. For the massacre of Don Bosco, where Erjon Çela was killed by mistake, Kassändre Noga is accused as the orderer and Kevin Suçi as the executor. Ahmetsulaj has repeatedly denied involvement in the event.
"I have nothing to do with the event. Two days before the murder, I had a conversation with Kevin Suchi about fixing the car. He took me for the car whether it was fixed or not" , said the young man in front of the court of first instance.
The police said that there were many communications during the time when the incident occurred, but according to Ahmetsulaj's lawyer, the latter's business is only 700 m from the scene and that there were communications only for work. Even the associates of justice Indrit Gentjan Beqiraj, have not mentioned the name of his client according to the lawyer.
