A 36-year-old man was found without signs of life in an uninhabited apartment in neighborhood no. 16 in Durrës.
He had been reported missing since January 5 by his cousin, who said he had left the apartment and never returned.
A preliminary examination of the 36-year-old's body revealed no signs of violence and it is initially suspected that he died as a result of an overdose.
"On 17.01.2025, at around 19:00, in neighborhood no. 16 Durrës, in an uninhabited apartment, citizen FK, 36 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 13 Durrës, was found without signs of life.
On 05.01.2025, citizen EP, (cousin of citizen FK) filed a report at the Durrës Police Station, that citizen F. K, had left the apartment and had not returned.
A preliminary examination of the 36-year-old's body revealed no signs of violence and it is initially suspected that the 36-year-old died as a result of an overdose.
"The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances and complete legal documentation of the case," the police announced.
