New details have emerged from the violent altercation in Saranda, where businessman Arben Çipa was brutally attacked by two people after a conflict over a business project.
In a video published by himself, Çipa appears bloodied and severely beaten, with visible signs of punches and hard objects, which according to him were used by the perpetrators.
The incident occurred at noon today, when businessman Çipa was walking on the street heading to his work. According to the businessman's statements, the reason for the attack on Arben Çipa is related to a business project, for which there was opposition.
He says that while he was on the street, one of the attackers, identified as Dio, stopped him and began discussing this project that had to do with Çipa's business.
"I was on my way to work, when suddenly a person named Dio blocked my path along with another person and started talking about an issue related to a project of mine. They were doing everything to hinder its development and expressed this in the form of insults. At that moment I did not accept the insults and they took advantage of the moment and rushed into my car with fists and stones and I was unable to defend myself at that moment," Çipa told "News 24".
Following the attack, Çipa suffered serious injuries, including bleeding and multiple wounds, and was immediately transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, 37-year-old Diomet Musai was arrested by the Saranda police as the suspected perpetrator of the injury, while his nephew, 29-year-old Markeljan Musai, has been declared wanted.
