Gani Roçi, 22 years old, fell into the handcuffs of the police after breaking the "House Arrest" security measure, set for the sale of cannabis doses.
The blue uniforms indicate that the 22-year-old was arrested as he left the apartment to carry out the same criminal activity.
From the physical inspection, in neighborhood no. 17, a quantity of narcotic cannabis sativa, divided into doses ready for sale, was found and seized from the 22-year-old as material evidence. The police arrested the young man, seized the amount of narcotics and referred the materials in his charge to the prosecutor's office.
"As a result of the checks carried out following the anti-drug police mega-operation coded "Tempulli", the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Durrës Local Police Directorate, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, hit another case of criminal activity of the sale in doses of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, for which a GR citizen, 22 years old, resident of Durrës, was arrested in the act.
Subsequently, the verifications showed that the GR citizen was currently under "House Arrest" security measure, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Removal of the prisoner from the place of stay", according to the police announcement .
