A young man has fallen into the hands of the Fier police, after being caught with two pistols.
As part of the "Rule of Law" operation, the police informs that citizen Vjoni Gjoka, 30 years old, resident of Vreshtas, fell behind bars.
During the search of the vehicle in which he was traveling at night in the village of Cakran, a pistol was found on the 30-year-old man, and another such firearm was found after the searches in his apartment.
"Consecutive operations, to attack cases of illegal possession of weapons, with the aim of guaranteeing the rule of law in the territory. The police operation coded "Risk" is finalized. 2 firearms and military ammunition are seized.
There were 2 pistols, in the vehicle and in the apartment, the 30-year-old was caught red-handed and handcuffed. As a result of the controls throughout the territory of the district, carried out on the basis of information from the police intelligence and following the "Rule of Law" mega-operation, the services of the Fier Police Station organized and finalized the coded police operation "Risk", during who was hit with another case of illegal possession of firearms.
The Police Services, for this case, arrested in flagrante the citizen V. Gj., 30 years old, resident of Vreshtas, after the controls carried out in the vehicle that this citizen was driving at night, in the village of Cakran, and in his apartment, were found and 2 firearms, pistols and combat ammunition were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for further procedural actions", informs the police.
