Bystanders in the area provided first aid near a bar and then transported him to the hospital in his own vehicle. The 31-year-old died on the way.
Police report that the incident occurred at around 3:40 p.m. and that the victim was struck with a sharp object during a conflict.
"Around 15:40, it is suspected that during a conflict on "Kongresi i Lushnjes" street, citizen E. P, about 31 years old, was hit with a cutting tool, and as a result he lost his life in hospital," the police announced.
Authorities have identified three suspects with the surname Buçpapa, from Tropoja, and are continuing their actions to fully clarify the circumstances.
