The dead body of the Greccia hotel receptionist in Dhërmi, Eral Nevruzit, who was killed by the owner Gerald Shehu, has been found.
The dead body was found between Gjipe and Vunoi, near a quarry. After the disappearance of the victim's body, the perpetrator then returned to the hotel to get his clothes.
Meanwhile, two employees of the 'Greccia' hotel in Dhërmi have been arrested today as accomplices in the murder of the receptionist shortly after midnight.
Daniel Qose, 33 years old, and David Larti, 30 years old, both residents of Korça and worked at the 'Greccia' hotel, have fallen into handcuffs. Also, the owner of the hotel, Gerald Shehu, who, according to the police, shot the 31-year-old with two bullets in the head, was also arrested in Greece yesterday.
Both Qose and Larti have admitted that they helped the hotel owner by hiding the body in a garbage bag and then putting it in the trunk of the car.
How did the event happen?
The event allegedly happened after midnight on Wednesday, June 6, while it was discovered only after blood stains were found in one of the rooms in the hotel where the 31-year-old was killed. Both the perpetrator and the victim were inside the 'Greccia' hotel in Dhërmi when they allegedly had a conflict. Gerald Shehu took out his gun and allegedly shot him in the head with a bullet.
After the murder, the 43-year-old allegedly gathered the body with a sheet, put it in the car and disappeared the body. Shehu himself left for Greece, while his Audi A8 vehicle was found parked in a private parking lot in Saranda. From Qafë Bota he crossed into Greece, while he had booked a ticket to flee to Great Britain, but he was caught while going to the airport of Corfu.
Investigation tracks
The tracks where the event in question is suspected to have occurred are a momentary conflict and disruption of drug deals in England, as the victim and the perpetrator had acquaintances in England where it is suspected that they may have been involved in the world of crime.
