The police arrested a 40-year-old man in Peqin, after he committed violence against his wife, who had a protection order, and against her mother.
During the physical check, a knife was found and seized from the 40-year-old.
The services of the Peqin Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification of a case of domestic violence, in the "Xami" neighborhood, organized the work and went to the given address, in order to capture and bring before the legal responsibility of the author of this case.
"As a result of quick police actions, the citizen FB, 40 years old, a resident of Peqin, was caught and arrested in the act, after having physically abused his wife, who has a protection order, and the mother of her, in the apartment where these two citizens lived.
During the physical check, the Police found 1 cutting tool (knife) on the 40-year-old, which was seized as material evidence. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions" , the police announced.
