The man who ordered and paid for room no. 201 in the "Fjortes" hotel in Vlora, where for 40 minutes a 26-year-old girl with the initials DM was raped by three men, is Albi Ceno.
This character who is already under arrest is the man who paid for the room and then took the girl to the second floor, where the hotel room was located.

"Ora News" has learned that their entry into the room was done without the knowledge of the sportsman and the hotel manager himself, who stated to the police that Tahiri and Mehmeti were not registered in the register of visitors to the hotel.
According to the manager, he doesn't know any of the people who visited his hotel, and the DM girl was the first time he saw her in this hotel.
For 40 minutes in a row, the 26-year-old girl was raped by three people, while in his testimony, given to the police, the arrested Albi Ceno stated that the girl had harassed him himself.
Ceno, says that even though the DM girl harassed them again, she was not able to have sexual relations with the three boys, as she was not in a good physical condition due to the situation she was in.

In the testimony provided by "Ora News", Albi Ceno, the son of a well-known businessman in the city of Vlora, has shown that on October 21, 2023 at around 2:00 a.m. he went to the bar "Barakuda" in Zvërnec, after he had invited his friend, Oltjan Tahiri for a drink.
Albi says that when he went there he found Oltjani, a girl and a boy whom he did not know. The three of them were sitting together at a table and were drinking alcohol.
Albi says that he sat with them for about half an hour, consuming alcohol and a hashish cigarette. Around 02:45, Albi left together with D, while the others stayed at the bar "Barakuda".
He says that when they went to Vlora, daughter D vomited in the car and they met Albi's friend, Gentjano Mehmeti, whom he took in the car and they went to the "Fjortes" Hotel.
Albi explains that he took a room at the "Fjortes" hotel and took the girl, as her condition was bad. The moment he took her to the room, she bought "Lemon Soda" and "Schveps", helping her to take a shower in the bathroom.
The girl later lay down on the bed, and teased her with his hands, but D. stopped because she was unable to.
Albi says that Gentjano took the girl to the hotel room, while he bought "Lemon Soda" and "Zhveps" from the hotel bar and then he also went up to the room.
He declares that he stayed in the room with his daughter and Gentjano later, Oltjani also came there.
At that moment, he and Gentjani left in the direction of their apartment, while D. was left with Oltjani, as she was his acquaintance.
Albi says that they consumed hashish which was found on the table, and he did not know who it belonged to. He states that D. had left with him to accompany him, adding that he did not take him to the hospital as he thought of helping him himself in the hotel premises.
According to the declarant, he and Gentjano took her to the hotel room D., who stayed together with the girl for about 30-40 minutes, and then Oltjani came, and the four of them stayed for about 40 minutes.
This person says that D. harassed them himself and tried to perform oral sex with him, Gentjano and Oltjani, but failed to do so as he was very drunk.
For the two arrested persons Albi Ceno and Oltjan Tahiri, the Vlora court decided to assign the security measure "arrest in prison", who are accused of the criminal offense of "Violent sexual intercourse with adults" and "Encouraging drug use". .
