Italian investigators have provided a video, where it appears that the 15-year-old Albanian with the initials MCS, rapes the 14-year-old Albanian Aurora Tila, who died after falling from the terrace of an attic on the seventh floor of a building, on the morning of October 25 in the street 'IV Novembre', Piacenza.
According to the Italian media "La Repubblica", the video was accidentally shot by three girls at a bus stop.
There appears the teenager with the initials MCS pulling, hitting and insulting Aurora, who at that moment was saved only thanks to the intervention of her peers.
Also, the investigators have managed to partially unravel the dynamics of the girl's movements on the day of the incident, before she lost her life.
According to the evidence, the 15-year-old boyfriend was known for his excessive jealousy. Neighbors of the building where the incident took place have stated that they did not hear any strange noises or calls for help.
The teenager asked for help and reported the death of the Albanian minor shortly after 08:30.
Aurora was found in a pool of blood on the fifth floor terrace after falling from 12 meters.
"Not even the tenants of that apartment," says Lorenza Dordoni, the family's lawyer, "didn't hear anything."
Aurora was 1.50 meters tall and weighed 33 kilograms and considering these physical characteristics of her, according to the authorities it was difficult for her to voluntarily climb over the 1.20 meter high railing.
Even if she had tried, her ex-boyfriend had the opportunity to stop her.
Italian media add that recently, Aurora appeared uncertain about her life. Her fear had come after the interruption of the relationship with the 15-year-old for the second time, at the beginning of October.
Meanwhile, Aurora's family and the authorities are awaiting the results of the autopsy, performed by doctor Giovanni Cecchetto.
The 15-year-old Albanian boyfriend is being investigated for intentional homicide. He was arrested yesterday afternoon by the Carabinieri of Piacenza coordinated by the juvenile prosecution of Bologna. He was sent to the juvenile prison "Pietro Siciliano" in Via del Pratello.
