The police have handcuffed the owner of the "Club Orange" bar in Saranda, where a 17-year-old boy lost his life some time ago.
Spiro Iljadhi was declared wanted by the Police for the tragic event that happened in the early hours of July 26.
The teenager Antonio Delilaj had gone to get some cases of water, when the cable broke and the elevator got on top of him.
The only one who was arrested in handcuffs was the elevator technician, citizen Lulzim Allkushi, while the owner of "Club Orange", Spiro Iljadhi, was declared wanted. This citizen was not found in the premises of the bar when the investigative team went to the scene. Today he was arrested at the Qafë Bota border crossing.
Spiro Iljadhi and his family run several businesses in the city of Saranda and at least the 37-year-old is not an unknown name for the blue uniforms. HE has often been accompanied and arrested for incidents in the coastal city, while two years ago he miraculously escaped death.
Some young people from Tepelena were drinking and dancing in his bar "Club Orange" and argued with the security guard, until they were taken out into the street. It is suspected that Spiro Iljadhi was also involved in the debate at that time.
Redjan Hadëri and his two friends, the brothers Andrea and Visi Caushi, returned a few moments later to the bar and from the stairs in front of the entrance fired Kalashnikov volleys, firing around a magazine.
The front of the bar was filled with bullets and the owner Spiro Iljadhi opened fire with the pistol he was carrying.
As a result, the owner of "Club Orange" was injured along with a tourist. Both were taken to hospital and survived. Iljadhi had several bullets in his abdomen and was later taken by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital.
