A 23-year-old, the owner of a tobacconist, is wanted for selling cylinders with smuggled helium chemicals.
The 23-year-old sold a canister of chemical helium to a 28-year-old woman in his tobacconist's shop, who after consuming this substance was taken to the hospital.
The police informs that a 53-year-old seller in this tobacconist has been processed at large.
It is also reported that 2 cylinders with helium chemicals were seized.
"Services of Police Station No. 1, following the work to identify and tackle all cases of illegality, based on the report filed by a citizen, that in a tobacconist near the "Air Albania" stadium, his daughter had bought a canister of chemicals helium and after its consumption was sent to the hospital, they immediately organized the work to bring before the legal responsibility of the responsible persons and exercised control at the given address.
As a result, during the check in the tobacconist of the citizen KK, 23 years old, 2 canisters with helium chemicals were found and seized as material evidence.
As a result of the actions, a free trial was initiated for the citizen FP, 53 years old, a seller in the tabakino, and the citizen KK, 23 years old, the owner of the tabakino, was declared wanted.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions", the police informs.
