A 44-year-old man, who intentionally left 2 tritoli molds wrapped in a bag in the yard of a citizen's apartment to trap him, has fallen into the hands of the police.
It is learned that the arrested person placed the amount of explosives in the yard and then notified the police to arrest the owner of the apartment. According to the police, his goal was to put the 46-year-old in handcuffs for possession of explosive material.
"From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 44-year-old left the explosive substance in the 46-year-old's apartment and then notified the Police, in order for the owner of the apartment to be charged with criminal responsibility for possession of the explosive substance. Two molds with tritol were seized , together with the fuse, two detonators and the clothing worn by the perpetrator during the placement of the explosive material.
The services of the Vora Police Station, following the work to combat illegality in all its forms, after the report that a citizen was carrying explosives in his apartment, immediately organized the police operation coded "Midnight", for the capture and placement of the author before the legal responsibility. As a result of the operation, citizen SM, 44 years old, resident of Preza, was arrested.
After the report that the KK citizen, 46 years old, was carrying explosives (tritol) in the apartment, the Police services immediately exercised control and in the yard of this apartment they found two molds with suspected tritol explosives wrapped in a plastic bag, together with the fuse, and two detonators.
After the declaration of the citizen KK that he was not the possessor of the explosive substance, the Police services have carried out investigative actions, which resulted in the fact that the explosive substance was placed in the yard of this apartment, by the citizen SM, in order that the 46-year-old, the owner of apartment, to be charged with criminal responsibility for possession of explosive material. As material evidence, the two tritol molds were seized, together with the fuse, the two detonators and the clothing worn by the author during the placement of the explosive material. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions," the police announced.
