A 19-year-old woman has self-harmed in Tirana with a cutting tool. Police announced that the young woman is in hospital and out of danger.
"On Kavaja Street, in an abandoned building, it is suspected that citizen RC, 19 years old, self-harmed with a cutting tool, who is in hospital, out of danger to her life. Work is underway to clarify the circumstances of the case," the police announced.
