The perpetrator of the murder of 61-year-old Piro Prroni in Shkodra on Thursday has been arrested.
It is learned that Ndoc Macaj, the victim's cousin, was arrested a few hours after the escape.
The incident occurred on Thursday evening in the village of Abat i Shala, in Shkodra, where it is suspected that after a conflict that had occurred some time ago, Macaj took the life of his cousin Piro Prroni.
It is initially suspected that the cause was the land registration process in Shala, as the two had a conflict over a piece of land years ago.
The police announce that a special investigative group has been set up to solve the murder and clarify the circumstances and dynamics.
