Donald Hoxha is accused that on July 22, 2009 in the city of Elbasan, in cooperation with the citizens Armand Llakaj and Marjus Tafaj, they killed former officer Roland Rexhepi with a firearm.
The former officer, also known as "Doda", was executed with two Kalashnikov type weapons on the morning of July 22 near his apartment while he was going to the parking lot where he had his car.
"He was extradited to Albania: - from the United Kingdom, DH citizen, 34 years old. The execution of Roland Rexhepi in Elbasan
Donald Hoxha is accused as one of the perpetrators of the murder of Roland Rexhepi, an event that took place on 22.07.2009, in Elbasan.
The serious incident took place on July 22, 2009 in the Vullnetari neighborhood in Elbasan, where the former Anti-Drug employee at the Elbasan Police Department was killed after several gunshots. Rexhepi was executed as soon as he left his palace, heading to the garage to get his car and leave for work.
At this moment, one of the perpetrators of the crime, Armando Llakaj, approached him with a motorcycle "Zong-Zhung", who opened fire in the direction of Rexhepi, leaving him dead on the spot. For this serious event that came as a result of the clash between the Çapjave group and the Mema family in Elbasan, the two prosecutors of Elbasan, Milan Laskaj and Ritvan Suka, were able to provide evidence and arrest Marjus Tafa and Armando Llakaj.
Both of these people were considered in 2009 as relatives of the Çapja family, while they have already been sentenced to 24 and 23 years of imprisonment, where they continue to serve their sentences in Peqin prison.
Meanwhile, after 12 years from this event, the Prosecutor's Office was able to identify and communicate the arrest of Florind Shabani, one of the accomplices in this murder. Shaban's identification was carried out by analyzing a DNA profile found on a hood and a cigarette butt. This profile turned out to be the same as that of Florind Shabani.
While today in London, Hoxha was also arrested, who cooperated in the murder of Rexhepi.

While the State Police had not yet revealed the murder of the former operative, two years later businessman Ilir Rexhepi, the brother of the former anti-crime operative in the Elbasan Police, was killed in an assassination attempt in the center of Elbasan.
Rexhepi was executed on December 30, 2011. In the footage of the security cameras, a person can be seen limping away, after the businessman retaliated with a gun against the assassin, who died a few moments later.
Even this murder remained an enigma for years, until in June of this year the authorities announced the wanted citizen Mihal alias MirgenToshi, to whom the court has set the security measure "Arrest in prison".
Toshi is the main suspect for the crime, while it is still a mystery who ordered the murder.

Bledar Muça, who fled Albania immediately after the crime, was initially suspected as the author of this event, although there was never an official charge against him by the local prosecutor's office.
Bledar Muça returned to Albania two years later, rejecting the claims that he was behind the murder of Rexhepi. Three years later, Muca would be the target of an assassination attempt near the Court of Elbasan.
Muça was in the car with Florenc Çapjen when a volley of machine guns was poured on them. A police officer, who happened to be at the scene, was also injured in the attack. At least 29 shell casings were found at the scene, but not the perpetrator, who disappeared without a trace even though the area was highly populated at the time.
