The former head of the police, Shemsi Prençi, thinks that after the criminal event that happened in Durrës, where Pëllumb Meta was executed, there was an agreement between the person who carried out the execution and other family members.

" In my beliefs, there is no violence, that it has not been proven, and if there was violence, it would be against the woman. I think that the person who pulled the trigger 4 times without his hand shaking in the presence of family members, means that we are dealing with a deal. I believe that children are not behind this crime. I think there is another hand that has acted four times without the hand shaking. But the children were betrayed by themselves, they messed up the script after the execution," said Prençi in the "Breaking" show.
