Three people who robbed a Sauk business safe have been jailed. Bashkim Sollaku, 53 years old, Endri Kolaci, 37 years old, Albert Çela, 40 years old, and E.GJ, 27 years old, from Elbasan went to Sauk with the purpose of stealing this business.
The theft occurred on March 1, while the safe was found in the Shkumbin river, which was seized as material evidence.
Only two of them entered the interior of the business. After rummaging around in some drawers, they then find the safe and take it with them. They managed to get 4 thousand euros and 1 million old lek from the safe and then threw it into the river Shkumbin in Elbasan.
"From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these 4 citizens, in cooperation with each other, on 01.03.2024, stole from a business in Sauk, a safe with €4,000 and 100,000 ALL, and then threw the safe into river Shkumbin, in Elbasan", the police announced.
Meanwhile, all three people have been arrested, while only 27-year-old E.GJ is being sought.
