
The 50-year-old Albanian, Fatmir Tarellari, who killed his brother-in-law after suspicions that the latter was raping his daughter, will appear in court today where he will ask for forgiveness.
According to his lawyer Alexis Kouya, his client did not want to kill the victim, but asked him to confess the incident. " I had no intention of shooting anyone. I called him there to make him confess that he raped my daughter. He was three times my size and he was not afraid of me. And out of fear that he could disarm me, I shot him instinctively, without thinking anything ," the 50-year-old is said to have said.
In a statement for MEGA, the co-lawyer of the accused, Michalis Vassilikos, who together with Alexis Kougia have undertaken the defense of the 50-year-old, stated that the suspected author does not accept the accusation that he executed his brother-in-law coolly. We recall that the serious event took place in Volos. Tarellari killed his brother-in-law, Erjon Pelivani, after his daughter confessed to the rapes and threats the victim made. The 50-year-old has 3 daughters from his first marriage and a son from his second marriage, while Pelivani was the brother of his current wife.
