It turns out that yesterday's conflict was not a momentary conflict, the three boys were clarifying about a previous conflict of theirs and then it is suspected that Joldash opened fire on the other boys and they responded.
"Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against Life and Person of DVP Korçë, in cooperation with the services of the Pogradec Police Station, following the procedural actions carried out in connection with the disclosure and documentation of the event that occurred on the afternoon of 02.01.2024, in neighborhood No. 1, Pogradec, citizen AJ, 27 years old, resident of Buçimas village, Pogradec, was arrested in the act.
From the entirety of the investigations carried out, it results that during a conflict with weapons that occurred for weak motives, between this citizen and two other citizens DM, 32 years old and KL, 27 years old, (who after numerous checks and negotiations with family members surrendered to the Police and were arrested) citizen AJ, was wounded by a gunshot, who is currently in the Trauma hospital, Tirana.
A pistol belonging to citizen AJ and a revolver with a grinder belonging to citizen KL were seized as material evidence, which were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions," the police announced.
