Three citizens were captured by the police at noon today. An operation by the Economic and Operational Crime Structures of the Directorate of Tirana, in cooperation with the police station of Pogradec, made it possible to arrest three people in the village of Starovë in Pogradec.
Confidential sources indicate that the case is related to a fraud scheme related to the sale and purchase of properties in Tirana, as well as falsification of documents. It is known that the figures of fraud reach over 200 thousand euros.
It was the police of the lake city that, together with the forces from Tirana, located the three persons and arrested them, while they are being sent for further actions to the Tirana police department.
