The communications on the "Sky" application, developed between the capo of the Shkodra gang, Behar Bajri, and the prosecutor of this city, Xhevahir Lita, are very shocking, as the prosecutor of the case speaks openly on the phone with his defendant, bargaining up to 100 thousand euros for the purpose of dropping the charges and release from prison.
But this is only the tip of the iceberg, as other episodes are recorded and the intervention that the defendant Behar Bajri requested from his prosecutor, Lita, for the release of Eugen Vasos alias Brajović and various persons.
The conversations of a corrupt nature took place only 4 days after Behar Bajri was released from detention 313 in Tirana by judge S., who, according to SPAK, is suspected of having received a monetary amount of up to 5 million old lek, softening it on June 29 2020 the security measure from "arrest in prison" to "obligation to appear".
Meanwhile, Xhevahir Lita had previously cleared all the charges of murder, fines, money laundering of Bajri, leaving only "Organization of gambling without permission", for which he was sentenced to several months in prison.
But the strong indications on the involvement in corruption of the judge Sokol Shehu, are added even more, when Behar Bajri, just released from prison, offers 100 thousand euros to the prosecutor Lita to give to the judge, in order to close the file and strip him of security measure "arrest in prison" of his brother, Enver Bajri.
After being released from prison, Behari considered his problem closed, but at that time he wanted to solve the problem he had with his brother, Enver Bajri, as well.
Enver Bajri was in the same criminal file as Behar, since during an investigation carried out by Serious Crimes, he was suspected of being one of the main members of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër.
And on the basis of these suspicions during the "Oasis" operation, Enveri has been announced as an international wanted man since on September 21, 2018, the Court of Serious Crimes has set the security measure "arrest in prison" for the charge of "Cleaning the products of the crime" criminal or criminal activity".
Behar Bajri was released from prison on June 29, 2020 with decision No. 307 taken at 10:00 a.m., setting an "obligation to appear" twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
A day later, on June 30, the prosecutor of the case Xhevahir Lita contacted his defendant, Behar Brajović alias Bajri, who uses Sky@EÇ TIV9E3, where at 16:51:35 Behar Brajović sent him messages Jewel of Lita as follows:
"...I'm a small dog...I paid my debt, brother...we're staying here, we'll find a place and stay...I'm a tyrant..."
Xhevahir Lita e pyet se çfarë po bën dhe se ku ndodhet? Po ashtu ai orienton “dacin” se si do veprohet më tej, duke dërguar mesazhet si më poshtë:
“…ok ke me u paraqitë të hënën…në prokurori…të hënën në orën 10…”.
Në orë 17:03:31 prokurori Xhevahir Lita dërgon Pëllumb Gjoka mesazhet: “…po bëni qef me Dacin më duket…eheeeee…a ju a ju… jeni të qetë tani…”.
Ndërkohë tre ditë më pas, në 3 korrik 2020 Behar Bajri i shkruan Xhevahir Litës duke e pyetur për një porosi për një gjyqtar që kanë folur duke i thënë: ”…si je ti mirë a po flet me atë si folmë…” dhe Xhevahiri ia kthen si më poshtë vijon:”…po po kam folë dje, ishalla mirë…”.
Behari i shkruan: ”…mirë nuk dua thuaj gja gratis…”, kurse Xhevahiri ia kthen: ”…e di e di…”. Më tej Behari i thotë:”…po për punë të vllasë ça bahet, se kam hadh me ja kry dhe vllas. Si mendon ti ça duhet me ja dhanë këtij…”.
Por Xhevahiri ia kthen:”…ai nuk është atje, ai është akoma aty ku ishe ti (nënkupton burgun), nuk ka shku atje për atë vazhdon te ne akoma. Ai është shumë problem nuk kryhet…”.
Ndërsa Behari vijon duke mos hequr dorë duke i ofruar 100 mijë euro Xhevahir Litës, që këtë shumë ta ndajnë me gjyqtarin dhe të mbarojnë punë edhe për Enver Bajrin.
Behari: ”…zotni 100 mijë euro i ka të mi kyn dhe për vllanë dhe të mijat dhe ndaji ti me të a çat dush, kur të dush dhe 100 mijë euro i ke kur të dush. Rregulloji vetë me të ti, por du si mos na çajn nesër kush k***n me na këto histori. Fol me të vetë, nuk ke punë me kën, na e kena drejt për drejt bashkë…dhe kur të dush rrim i ditë për qef bashkë, hajm i drekë…”.
Xhevahiri ia kthen:”…bo bo ça flet, flasim kur të takohemi…ik ore mos fol ashtu, bo bo si fliske ti…të enjten në orën 10:00 mos harro ke me shku ku ishe…”(Nënkupton detyrim paraqitjen)…. “…E fshi këto sms e sotme se ia kemi futur kot…fshi tani në moment se harron”-i thotë Xhevahiri, Beharit, ndërsa ku i fundit ia kthen:”…hahaha ok, pa merak u kry i fshiva…”.
Kurse Xhevahiri e përshëndet:”…ik natën, rrofsh sa malet…”. “…Natën, natën, shyqyr si të kemi…”-ia kthen Behar Bajri.
Ndërkohë pasditen e datës datës 3 korrik 2020, Behar Bajri bisedon në “Sky” me biznesmenin Pëllumb Gjoka duke i thënë:”…fola me Xhevin dhe i thashë, ke dhe njëqind mijë për gjykatësin, i ndan i thashë ti me të a çat dush, du me kry i her e mir dhe mirë thuj atij gjyqtarit ndaq mos me vdek me kry punë i thashë, por mos i thuaj gja ti, ban demek si nuk e din…se i thashë dhe për punën e vllas me kry punë…”.
“…si i 100 mijë kot vëlla??, A e pe sa pak kanë ik deri tani. Iku kjo punë, për kyt çështje të rruajnë k***n… O vëlla jo aq shumë. A e pe sa pak kanë shkuar për tan atë dallgë, e ka pastru Xhevi…”-i shkruan biznesmeni Pëllumb Gjoka.
Ndërsa Behari ia kthen:”…po thashë të krym, vari lesht të paktën na bajn biografinë e mirë, se më tha për punë të vllasë jo kështu jo ashtu…e di ma vlla por thashë ta kryen dhe aj kurv fill e mos të na zgjasin kyt histori…”.

But Behari has forgotten the dates of the court hearings and on July 7, 2020, he asks Xhevahir Lita, saying:
"...do I have a trial, what did the lawyer tell me...", and Lita replies: "...hahahaha, I'm in the morning to deal with this matter, with the lawyer and the whole army...". "...I know, Ed, but I left it in your hands..." - the defendant Behar Bajri replies.
Again on July 7, prosecutor Lita and his defendant, Behar Bajri, talk about the half-left conversation regarding the corruption of the judge who released Behar Bajri, but the file of his brother, Enver Bajri, must now be resolved and closed.
"...Did you talk to him, so that I can do the work and give it to you...?" Behari says. While Xhevahiri replies: "...I want to prepare them so that we don't fail, I have dealt with the lawyer...".
But Behari replies: "... yes, I know, I have you as a friend and I will not forget you, inshallah you will not treat me the way you treat my brother...".
They also talk about the work of selecting the underlying case that was opened in the Shkodra prosecutor's office, and in order not to drag out the investigative case, some actions should be carried out such as interrogation and additional verifications.
For a moment, Xhevahiri writes to Behar on July 13:
"...I wanted to close it because I can transfer, but it stays and then no one does it... the problem is more with the one who is in Italy because he made the application, so I can pass it to you, it's not a matter of the phone, I have to give a statement to look at the possibility of coming..." and Behari replies: "...but tomorrow I'm taking you and I'm waiting for the ticket to come, he's coming for my brother's work because they told me I talked to you on the phone..."./ News time
