As we have closely followed the developments in the former Ministry of Culture, our journalists have denounced the criminal activity of the developments of the art park and the Albafilm directorate.
We were very sorry that economic director Gerta Ajazi and legal director Adem Skendo have left again. The first one is being sued by us in SPAK and the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for all the thefts they have done to the materials of the former Kinostudio. Secondly, they also sold the decorative stones surrounding the former Kinostudio. Gerta Ajazi was also expelled from Albetrol with the same motivation.
Thirdly, they are all family members and partners who work and share the profits of this institution. Rudi Kocibelli is from Korça, fictitious employee at Albafilm sha. He is the cousin of Adem Skendo's wife, legal director there.
They have removed from Albafilm without right, with tricks, the staff employee/lawyer with 20 years of experience, as she refused to sign the attendance list further when she had never even seen this employee. The contract was created by Adem Skendo. The fictitious employee was hired outside the structure, without the approval of the Supervisory Council, and the employees at Albafilm were not given their annual bonus because that fund was used to pay this fictitious employee.
Luan Zeqo has been Juliana Margariti's partner for 20 years. Luan Zeqo's aunt, Entela Bala, currently works at Albafilm, and the wife of her first cousin, Afërdita Shella, also works there. Adriana the protocol worker is the daughter-in-law of Aferdita Shelles' nephew. / National
