Colombian Diana Moreno has been crowned Miss Globe 2024, in the competition which took place in Tirana.
The 27-year-old, who graduated from international business school, beat over 40 competitors to win the global title. She made history as the first Colombian woman to become Miss Globe.
Prada Thansita Dilhokanansa of Thailand was named the first runner-up while Jasmin Bungay of the Philippines, Andromeda Schuster of Germany and Ha Trang Do of Vietnam were the second, third and fourth runner-up respectively.
Competitors from Italy, Cameroon, Belgium, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Albania, Montenegro and USA were the rest of the Top 16 semi-finalists.
This year's pageant marked the 21st edition of the annual Miss Globe pageant. Last year's winner from Malaysia, Manvin Khera, crowned her successor at the end of the event.
The new winner of "The Miss Globe" comes from Barbosa in the northeastern Colombian department of Santander. No stranger to pageantry, Diana represented Cundinamarca and placed second in Miss Mundo Colombia 2024 last August in Bogotá.
