The new play by Teatri Shëtitës, "The New Order" by Catalan Sergi Pompermayer, is a story full of twists and turns that emerges from the climate of today's life in a country in recession.
Using sharp and bold language, the play raises questions and invites us to look at the "existential chaos" around us, to see the "terror" that arises within us. "The New Order" speaks of those things that reveal our true nature, reminds us of our "signs" and invites us to deep reflection.
With a wonderful cast of actors (Era Caushi, Xhoana Karaj, Igli Fusha, Aleksandër Kondi) on December 8 and 9, at 8:00 PM, "The New Order" will be at the National Theater in Tirana.
The play has a genuine interaction with audience participation. The entire game takes place on stage and in the minds of the spectators. Everyone silently tries to solve the riddle. And this is the most beautiful surprise that Detective Theater can offer.
"Following the kidnapping of a bank director by three desperate people, the play presents the futility of dreaming of changing the rotten system," the National Theatre's announcement states.
