Albania shone on the final night of Eurovision 2026, where Alis delivered one of the most emotional performances of the evening with the song "Nân", receiving standing ovations from the audience at the "Wiener Stadthalle" arena in Vienna.
Albania has lit up the Eurovision scene.
Amidst the dazzling lights, gigantic scenography and electrifying atmosphere of the grand finale in Vienna, Alis managed to capture the attention of the European audience with her emotional interpretation of "Nân", the song representing Albania in the 70th anniversary edition of the festival.
The Albanian artist took the stage fifth and brought a powerful artistic performance, where vocals, emotion, and traditional Albanian elements were combined with a modern and dramatic scenography.
From the first seconds, the "Wiener Stadthalle" arena reacted with applause, while social networks were filled with positive comments about the Albanian performance, which many Eurovision fans described as one of the most authentic and touching interpretations of the night.
“Nân” brought an intimate and soulful atmosphere to the stage, creating a contrast to the more rhythmic performances of the evening. Ali’s performance was accompanied by dark visual effects, warm lighting, and a minimalist stage direction that highlighted the emotion of the song.
The Eurovision 2026 final began at 9:00 PM in Vienna, where 25 countries compete for the trophy of the largest music festival in Europe.
This edition has a special significance as it marks the 70th anniversary of Eurovision and the organizers have prepared a grand spectacle with the return to the stage of the festival's historical icons.
During the voting interval, legendary names such as Lordi, Verka Serduchka, Alexander Rybak and Ruslana performed, while the night was opened by last year's Austrian winner, JJ, with a spectacular performance of "Wasted Love".
Albania competes this year among favorite names such as Sweden, Italy, France and Austria, while expectations for the vote of the Albanian diaspora remain high.
The Albanian public and the diaspora can vote for Alis with the code 05, while the Eurovision system allows up to 10 votes per person.
The song "Nân" is considered by fans as one of the most special projects that Albania has brought to Eurovision in recent years, thanks to the combination of Albanian identity with modern European sounds.
With a performance that brought emotion, elegance and energy to the Vienna stage, Alis gave Albania one of the strongest presentations in recent years at the European song festival.
Suksese Elis dhe God bless you.
