Alis represented Albania with the song Nan. The performance received positive reviews from the European public and professional juries.
In the final rankings, Albania was positioned behind Poland and ahead of Norway, securing an important result among the 25 finalist countries.

Kur po vjen moj nan, kur po iken moj Eni?! 2 jane faktoret kryesor te kesaj renditjeje, me e dobta e viteve te fundit dhe asnje nuk ka te beje me Alis. E para, video grafike qe shoqeroi kengetarin si varreze, e vjeter dukej si e bere para viteve 2000, pa ide. Performaca e Bulkut e pakuptueshme e tepert deri ne nivel prezence. Performanca e Alis ne fesitivalin e RTSH ishte shume me e bukur, por grupi qe beri festivalin nuk u lejua te vazhdonte te merrej dhe me vijushmerine sic u mor vjet me Shkodren Elektronike, nuk e ndoqi artistin por e ndoqen dallkauket dhe te paaftet e rrethit te ngushte te Eni Vasilit. Grafika e shkelqyer qe shoqeronte Shkodren Elektronike vjet nuk ishte me se ne RTSH nuk ka me as departament grafike se e shkaterruan. Dhe arsyeja e dyte ishte vete prezenca e Eni Vasilit ne divanin e delegacionit dhe perfitimi qe donte te merrte. Asnje drejtior RTSH je nuk kishte shkuar vete por dergon atje njerzit e duhur qe ndihmojne deri ne moment te fundit deri ne detajet e fundit si per sa i perket muzikes, performances dhe grafikes dhe nuk con atje veten e vet dhe flamurmbajtes pa lidhje. Bravo Alis se dhe maksimumin, turp Eni Vasili qe dhe ti dhe "maksimumin"!
