Skerdi Tase, one of the justice collaborators, testifying at today's session at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, regarding what is known as the 'golden bullet' file, said that Henrik Hoxhaj had received orders to commit another murder, that of Agim Boriç.
Tase claimed that Boric was kept for 8 months, while also revealing conversations with Hoxhaj, who had told him that he was committing this murder in honor of Viron Tavanxhiu because they were friends.
"I learned that Henriku had also received orders from another person, Renato Çami, for Gim Boriç, who we had been guarding for 8 months. Vironi asked him to kill Boriç as an honor, promising me an entrance to Fier and some money."
Henriku said he was doing it in honor of Vironi because they were friends. I learned from him that he had also been contacted by Renato Çami (Saliaj) to carry out the murder of Agim Boriç. Henriku confirmed it to me while I was with him, he said he was sorry that he was getting information, he kept in touch. We spent 8 months guarding him," Tase confessed.
He also says that Henrik Hoxhaj also wanted to 'test' him if he was capable of committing murder before shooting Agim Boriçi.
"Henrik Hoxha was always armed, we drank alcohol with him, we met often, sometimes he would open the car window and shoot in the air. I saw him shooting, I don't remember ever shooting in his presence. Henrik wanted to test me if I was capable of committing murder before we went to Agim Boriçi. We had agreed that Henrik would be ready to kill Aredin Behar if necessary, even if we were shooting from car to car," Tase confessed.

Skerdi Tase, the third defendant in the "Golden Bullet" case, continues to testify before the special judges, the person accused of attempting to kill Hajredin Behar.
Tase also confessed to the GJKKO about the attempted murder of Agim Boriç in 2018 in a bar in Fier.
Skerdi Tase and Henrik Hoxha went to the hospital to execute Gim Boriç, but they did not find him. Then they went to the house to kill him, while Gim Boriç was drinking coffee with his brother. Both survived the assassination attempt. Skerdi Tase confessed to the GJKKO that while he was firing a volley at them, his rifle jammed.
Then Henrik Hoxhaj stepped in, firing his pistol until he ran out of bullets, but the Boriçi brothers escaped without catching a single bullet.
"We went to shoot Gim Boric at the hospital but we didn't find him, he had left, we had our weapons in the work car, a Renault Clio, we were also equipped with masks like the ones the police use, then we went to his house, we saw him drinking coffee with his brother, Henriku said, get ready because they are both there. We stopped in front of the bar and started shooting with a shotgun. Henriku fired with a pistol until he ran out of bullets, they didn't catch a single bullet," Tase said at the GJKKO.
He then recounted how they burned the vehicle, also suffering burns to his face and hands.
"We burned the car after the attack somewhere near the train tracks, I was also slightly burned by the fire on my face and hands, then we left for home," says Tase.
Henrik Hoxhaj blamed Skerdi Tase for the failed assassination attempt.
"I had thrown the gloves in a trash can after the assassination attempt on Boriç, and they burned a little. Henrik blamed me for not doing the job properly. Henrik was afraid we had left evidence, but "Reno", Renato Saliaj told him not to worry because there was nothing," Tase said.

Skerdi Tase has given his testimony at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, within the framework of the process known as the 'golden bullet', while revealing details regarding Viron Tavanxhiu, who at the time of the assassination of Aredin Behari in 2017, was wanted for a murder in Italy.
He says that even though he was wanted by Interpol, he wasn't too careful because he had contacts in the police.
"I worked as a bartender in a bar in Fier and then I also worked as a technician on television, also in Fier, for 1 year. The friends I had were bartenders and waiters.
Armando Mita was one of them. I had childhood friends, I grew up with them. After the assassination attempt on Aredin Behari, we argued with Henriku, because the person who had ordered it had been called to the police. Henriku told me what he had to do when we couldn't do it.
His name was Albert Pashaj, as we learned later, which I didn't know at the time. Henrik had been asked about this. He had told the person who was assassinated what he suspected.
I met Henrik almost every day. Until that moment, I didn't know anything about Henrik, Vironi had told me that he deals with assassinations.
Vironi was wanted for murder in Italy at the time. I knew he was involved in prostitution and drugs. Vironi, even though he was wanted by Interpol, was not very careful because he had his own acquaintances in the state police, who would inform him. We would meet Vironi at Gent Xhaferri's bar.
Vironi wanted to meet me, until 2016 I was in Italy, it was hashish time and Vironi wanted me.
I stayed somewhere around 3-4 months in Italy. I didn't do any work there. I was at a friend's place. Vironi was looking for contact at my house. I went to do the paperwork but I couldn't do it. I came back to find that Vironi had gone to my house and asked me to help him with a job.
When I returned, he told me to help him because he had planted hashish.
I remember that Henriku had received orders from a person named Renato Salihu. Henriku kept in touch with Tarjo and Renato. I was not with these people, but I have heard of them.
Henrik Hoxha was always armed, we drank alcohol with him, we met often, sometimes he would open the car window and shoot in the air, I saw him shooting, I don't remember ever shooting in his presence.
"Henrik wanted to test me to see if I was capable of committing murder before we went to Agim Boriçi. We had agreed that if necessary, Henrik would be ready to kill Aredin Behar, even if we were shooting from car to car," he said.
