Democratic leader Sali Berisha, following the electoral meetings, has addressed a call to socialists, the wavering, the diaspora and non-party Albanians to support the 'Greater Albania Alliance' coalition on May 11th.
From Has, where he held the next electoral meeting in the Kukës Region, Berisha called on every Albanian in emigration to come and invest in Has and Albania, as you will be tax-free for 5 years.
"Soft credit lines will be created for immigrants. Grants will be created, they will be assisted in their housing."
There is no more sacred duty for Albanians today than to make our nation young once again. And this nation becomes young only by returning hundreds, thousands of young people who flee Albania.
This nation becomes young when we create all the conditions for these young people to build their dream in Albania.
Therefore, I pledge to you that the budget for education will be doubled, modern schools for Albanian children.
There is no average for university. After graduating from university, the government will pay social security for 1 year. They will pay for all their training and a grant of 30 thousand euros for each couple to have a roof over their heads.
"A bonus of 70 euros for the first child, 60 euros for the second child. From birth to 23 years of age, all expenses for the third and fourth child," said Berisha.
The democratic leader, addressing the Albanians, said that he was making a heartfelt appeal.
"In 12 years, you heard from Edi Rama only promises and deception. If you analyze Edi Rama's 12 years, his most accomplished profession is deception and theft, theft and deception."
I am not asking you for 4 years, 6 years, or 12 years. At this stage of my age, I have no ambition for power or money.
I have an unbridled ambition to change the lives of Albanians for the better,
I have an irrepressible ambition to give Albanians back their money, their taxes, and not to rob them, as they are robbing you today.
I have an ambition to create an opportunity for every Albanian, because these young people, these citizens, are looking for nothing more than opportunity, but real opportunity, not empty spoon opportunities, not empty words.
So I invite you, I invite every socialist, every undecided and non-partisan of Has, I invite every Albanian of all beliefs, I invite the diaspora, the emigration to vote for change, to vote for the great chance of 100 days and Albania.
We will open a new chapter for Albania, we will part with this great evil. We will return the Albanians their money. We will create a new opportunity for the Albanians, so that Albania can walk on the path of prosperity and development.
Edi Rama can wear any epithet, he deserves it, he deserves it because what he did to the nation in 12 years, this terrible devastation, was not done to it by any invader.
Every time these areas have been burned, and baked, they have returned again to build life in them.
"Edi Rama has presented as a formula the replacement of Albanians with Sinhalese, with Bangladeshis, for the sole reason that they do not vote and he can stay in power," he said.
