Activist Evi Kokalari has mocked Shkelzen Berisha by saying that the tower he is building in Tirana costs 9 thousand euros per square meter. This is the 'Mountain of Tirana' building, which Kokalari claims in her post to belong to Shkelzen Berisha, the son of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
Even though the palace is still in the hole, Evi Kokalari says that Berisha is apparently trying to extract the $6 million from the DP's lobbying contract in the US.
"At Kulla e Malit, they are asking €9,000/m2. Great Albania should apparently come up with $6 million," writes Kokalari.
Kokalari's post was also commented on by the 'Right for Development' candidate in the Vlora District, Edvin Kulluri, who wrote: "Is there a discount, Evi Kokalari? If we have a lobbyist friend, how much will they lower the price for a 3+1 apartment?"
Activist Kokalari seems to have no intention of stopping her attacks on the Berisha family, while she previously stated that her goal is to destroy Sali Berisha.
Kokalari has stated that the DP's lobbying money in the US is suspicious, while emphasizing that everything is done in the interest of the Berisha family.
