Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has today accused the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj of putting 4 signatures on the sterilization concession.
In a statement to the media from the blue headquarters, Berisha considers the sterilization of surgical tools as the second affair of the century.
Commenting on Ilir Beqaj's statement the day before that sterilization is not a concession but a public-private partnership, Sali Berisha considers it a fraud.
"Yesterday, Ilir Beqaj, this ugly monument of government corruption, this even uglier monument of the terrible corruption of the SKAP of the party, came out yesterday proud, healthy and drunk and beat his chest for his theft.
In his exit yesterday, with cold-bloodedness and criminal consciousness, without showing even the slightest regret or remorse, he did not recognize for himself or for his arrested accomplices, any responsibility or guilt for the second theft of the century, but defended as if there were not eight officials and businessmen arrested for this 100 million euro affair and hundreds of lives lost because of it.
In his statement, Beqaj, the survivor of the SKAP party, told the Albanians that the affair is not a concession, but PPP and it is not a good that was given to a private person to exploit. He told the Albanians the biggest lie of his life and it seems that he also declared this in the SKAP of the party and the latter pretended to believe it as true and signed his amnesty as in the case of Erion Veliaj.
According to this two-meter-tall thief and pathological fraudster with four firms in the 100 million euro sterilization affair, giving with his firm and in flagrant contradiction with the laws of the country, the right of monopoly to a private person, read to himself and his partner, for a service that the state carried out at prices two or three times cheaper, does not constitute a donation to a private business and flagrant violation of the budget.
No Albanian can believe this brazen deception, except for the political Skapists, who, on the order of Edi Rama, did not file a lawsuit against him and forgave him just like Erion Veliaj.
