The chairman of the parliamentary group, SP, Taulant Balla spoke to the media after testifying in SPAK as a person who knows about the privatization of the Berisha clan affair for the Partizani club.
Balla said that he hopes to get to the end of this issue.
"I have often been here to file criminal charges as a person I know. I believe and hope that SPAK will put an end to the accusations. I also filed a report on the issue of OSSH company. I will be here again tomorrow for a criminal case against Berisha. The moment an accusation is brought against you, you must address it. I want to stick to the commitment that the issues I discussed will remain secret. I was called as a person who has knowledge.
I hope there will be developments for the privatization of the Partizan complex," says Balla.
He has sued the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his family members, as well as members of the governing cabinet during the time when the PD was in power.
According to Balla, they benefited financially by privatizing nearly 10,000 square meters owned by the Ministry of Defense to build towers. SPAK can also call former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
In September last year, SPAK asked the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, as a person who may have knowledge about the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex.
Isa Tare, the director of the sports club and the former commander of logistic support, Vladimir Qiriazi, were also asked about this file.
