Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the arrest of the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako. In his speech, Njjela stated that the issue of Dako's arrest is complicated, since according to him, it should be examined in detail whether the signature he has put is really his responsibility or that of the technicians.
" The attack is not yet at high levels for corruption or waste, as for the arrest of the former mayor of Durrës, the matter is not so easy, as we do not know where the engineering or administrative violation is, as the mayor cannot to give permission for the construction of 3-4 floors, if there is no technical document from professional engineers and we do not know how it will turn out in court. I have no evidence, but if a building is going to fall and the mayor did not consider the technical arguments, then it is to blame, otherwise he is not to blame. But there are other moments where an element X was used with little substance, but we have to wait for the conclusion of the accusation to have a clear picture ", said Ngjela.
