Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his speech presenting measures to protect the territory, said that the action to free public spaces from unauthorized construction will continue until the final blow to this phenomenon.
He emphasized that the action is not simply "a midsummer night's nightmare", but will continue until the end, as there can be no 'Albania 2030' in the EU with unauthorized construction.
"The new turn that we have taken on the long path of establishing legal order on the territory, for the liberation of public spaces, will not end without ending it once and for all. Not simply those buildings that are instruments of occupation, but the phenomenon itself. I know that there are many people who hope that this will be like a midsummer night's nightmare, but it will not be so, this will continue without stopping with persistence, because there is no Albania 2030 in the EU with unauthorized constructions, which reach the point of blocking the community of residents from entering and exiting. Parents enter and exit the bars to pass from the apartment to the street ," said Rama.
