The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja from Korça, has asked for the votes of the opposition regarding the amnesty.
He stated that the amnesty has nothing to do with a one-sided party, so he asked his opposition parliamentary colleagues to vote on the amnesty bill in the next session.
Regarding the incident in Peqini, Manja stated that the justice system should clarify the serious incident and at the same time requested more special attention for the 12 arrested policemen, where according to Manja, their only fault was that they were on duty at the time of the incident. .
Manja stated that the responsibility should be individual for that event and not collective.
Regarding the strict security measures taken in the prisons of the Republic of Albania, the Minister of Justice added that the measures were taken not only for high-risk prisoners, but from time to time there were internal measures for the police force as well.
The Minister of Justice did all this from Korça, where he was present at the opening of the legal office, which will be free for the citizens of Korça.
Asked if the movements in the government will continue, Ulsi Manja has stated that this issue belongs only to the captain of the team, who according to him is Edi Rama, adding that he is privileged to be a player of this team.
