The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has spoken once again about the Criminal Amnesty and the much talked about amendment for high officials and the corrupt.
The minister clarified that their sentence will be reduced and they will not be forgiven.
"It is a reduced sentence, not a pardon. This was done by the laws commission, it is not a reason not to vote for it", said Manja.
Among other things, he explained that the Criminal Amnesty will be included in the agenda when 84 votes have been secured.
Minister Manja pointed out another detail from the official proposal of Basha's Democratic Party, which categorizes the opposition protesters into his own and Berisha's.
"Luli doesn't care about protesters. He asks for forgiveness until the year 2020. What about those on January 8 who went to the DP with Reestablishment against Luli, should we not forgive them?", the minister declared.
