A few minutes after SPAK requested the authorization of the Parliament of Albania to leave him under "house arrest", Sali Berisha issued a statement to the media regarding the Tirana incinerator affair at noon this Tuesday.
He has published some facts, where he does not spare the accusations not only against Lefter Koka, who is currently in prison, but also against the mayor Erion Veliaj, Prime Minister Rama, or even the General Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office, Engjëll Agaçi.
"Last night was a night in which the country's media, with full responsibility to the Albanian and international public, proved in the most irrefutable way that the amnestied members of the SKAP party are simultaneously the main authors of the theft of the century, namely Erion Veliaj, Edi Rama, Engjëll Agaçi and of course other shareholders, Lefter Koka, Alqi Blako, Mërtiri, Zoto and others.
Last night the media completely failed a criminal attempt by the SKAP party to present the theft of the century as the work of a group of Lefter Koka and officials around him. Having said this, I emphasize that Koka is without a doubt a small ladrino, a small thief compared to Erion Veliaj, Edi Rama, Engjëll Agac and their entourage.
Erion Veliaj is the main responsible person as he is the author of the change of waste treatment in Tirana from the non-incineration method to the incineration method. Without this change, it would not be possible to talk about chili. Erion Veliaj is the person who, with his signature, as evidenced by the documents that he as mayor sends to Shkëlqim Can and Arben Ahmetaj, is the master of the feasibility study for the Tirana burner, a study that falsifies the usefulness of this burner for profit purposes.
Erion Veliaj, falsifying the meeting of the Municipal Council of Tirana, has given a guarantee with his firm without convening the council, for the payment of 92 million euros to the Tirana burner, which means that he is an indisputable boss, but also a manipulator and forger.
Erion Veliaj, by falsifying, has given a guarantee to the District Council of Tirana, that is, to the municipalities and others in the district, that they will pay the fee requested by the company.
Erion Veliaj had two representatives in the KVO, who boldly declared that the Municipality of Tirana is not able to pay the financial fees for the burning of waste. Both of them are in prison, while Erion Veliaj, who cheated, is free.
Erion Veliaj has put pressure on himself and with Velica on the members of KVO for giving the bonus of 8 points to his company.
Erion Veliaj himself signed page by page the contract of Tirana's butcher, the butcher who after six years does not exist.
