Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku said that from the government's side, there is no criminal complaint against SPAK.
Taking the trigger from the recent arrests in the Municipality of Tirana, Tabaku said in the Assembly that the directors of the municipality give public tenders and clean corruption money.
"Zero criminal reports against SPAK from the government. Corruption at galloping levels, the directors of the municipality give public tenders and clean corruption money, get special statuses. Exempt from taxes and profit tax. Other businesses pay taxes and corruption money does not.
The government swims in corruption and behaves as if it is in a perfect situation. Officials create companies and receive tenders and other fiscal benefits. This is the system that this government has created. Companies that take tenders and launder corruption money by being exempt from tax. This phenomenon has been happening for 10 years, that officials' families are receiving benefits and tenders. We are eagerly waiting for the opening of the files that we have sent to SPAK", said the DP deputy.
