Arben Ristani, member of the DP Presidency, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of illegally taking over the powers of the Mayor of Tirana.
On the show 'Log.', Ristani, speaking about the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, said that Edi Rama has usurped the municipality, referring to his visits to this institution and his manner of behavior in relation to the administration.
He said that Rama's meeting with the Municipality administration is a pure anti-state declaration.
"From the speech and statements he made, Rama shows the serious mental state he is going through," said Ristani.
