The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has reacted to the news that the Bahamas became the newest state to recognize Kosovo's independence, describing this decision as an important step for peace and stability in the region.
In a post on the social network "X", the head of state expressed his gratitude to the Bahamian authorities for this recognition, emphasizing the importance it has in strengthening the international order and consolidating Kosovo's international subjectivity.
"I express my sincere gratitude to the Bahamas for recognizing Kosovo, a significant contribution to peace, stability and strengthening of the international order in our region ," writes President Begaj.
