During this time, the Court of Tirana will also administer the decision of the Supreme Court, which returned the DP case for retrial in Appeal.
In the same session, it will also be expressed about the legitimacy or not of Basha's group as a party in the process.
We remind you that, on July 27, 2023, the National Council of DP decided to request the deregistration of the former chairman of DP Basha from the register of political parties. The group represented by the latter has requested to be included as a party in the process.
"Representation to third parties is done by the president, not even by the National Council. They have the option of appointing or electing a new chairman", said the legal representative of Mr. Basha to the media after the end of the session.
