DP MP Saimir Korreshi spoke this Saturday about the preparations for the May 11th race and more. In an interview with journalist Besard Jacaj, he was also asked about the "remarkable" departure of democrat Dashnor Sula from the Democratic Party. He described the latter as one of his best friends, inside and outside Parliament.
" Mr. Sula is one of my best friends, along with Mr. Gazment Bardhi. I have actually spoken to him, I have been with Dashi all the time, I have asked him to calm down, because I do not like memes. He is one of the best politicians, who makes endless votes. I asked him to think coldly because drastic changes can somewhat diminish his contributions, but he has the trust of many people ," Korreshi told Klan News.
He emphasized that Sula is "a stoic democrat who has given a lot to this political force and who has not benefited a single cent."
He said he views the agreement with the allied parties with optimism.
" You have also seen the position of the Secretary General, it was a way to bring all opposition factors closer together. There is no party without mistakes, we made them when we had an internal war. Under these conditions, we are sitting at a table. I think that in 34 years, these are the mistakes between the parties and the clashes, I think there was also advice from our electoral advisors ," he said.
While the Rama-Basha replicas recently, he commented on them like this: " He is as different as night and day from what he used to be. From being serious to making jokes, he is like a yogurt pie! He can do whatever he wants, he can strip naked like Rama at times, play dominoes, this does not factor in Basha. We see his capacity on the ground. Rama has found a way to make fun of him ."
